I've shopped at Fry's for years. I've always liked their customer service and quality. Lately, the meat has been very disappointing. I bought their sirloin steaks and as my husband was eating, it sounded like he was crunching on something. That was just how tough the steak was. I also bought a chuck roast and even after cooking in the crock pot for 8 hours, it was fall apart tender but still very chewy. Also, the meat I have been buying (chicken, pork, beef) has a lot of fat, which I'm paying for but don't eat. They used to have really good cuts of meat and kept them trimmed. I don't know where the meat is coming from but it is definitely not the same place as in the past. Seems like they're more about how much money they can make rather than quality. It breaks my heart that they've come to this!

Amazing sushi, I wasn’t sure if I still liked it. Definitely will be coming again just for the sushi thank you.

Great cashiers and meat/seafood staff. Not enough handicap parking in a city full of us old folks ☺ufe0f. Wish Fry's stocked more specialty items. Pharmacy is great too

The customer service is great, the employees are polite, but I give them 1 star because they charge a 50¢ fee for cash back... smaller businesses like Bashas don't penny pinch like that, they charge no fee. If a big, profitable chain like Fry's (Kroger) is going to be so cheap as to charge a fee for cash back, where else are they cutting corners without us knowing? I'll not be returning. It's a shame, their staff are really friendly.

I had to visit from Seattle for some family issues. I was concerned because of how rampant Covid is in Arizona. Both times I visited this Fry's, they're were handfuls of people without masks and no one seemed to care. Gee, I wonder why the state is so out of control? Made me very uncomfortable.
