This is the second time I have been to this particular Sprouts and I'm pleased with the employees here. The service they give with sincere happiness that shows. The one in Phoenix that is close to me should take some pointers, actually it always comes from the top so possibly they should visit this store and take notes.nnThe older gentleman working in the deli greeted us with a smile and made our sandwiches with care and was speedy. I would have liked to chat more but he had many things he was working in. The cashier was a sweetie too. Very Pleasant experience. Thank you sprouts in Prescott.

I think Sprouts in general has declined in quality. Their produce prices are pretty good, but the quality of produce is pretty horrible. Most of the organic food I get there goes bad within a day or quicker. Other products are good. Customer service is okay unless it's a younger person. Most of the younger cashiers have absolutely no customer service skills. I guess it's too hard to actually say hello or thank you to a customer.

Sprouts has the best selection, quality AND prices for fresh produce out of all the local grocery options. Their meat and seafood deals can be really good too. The cheese selection is ALMOST as good as Trader Joe's. Deli sandwiches are also great here. The bulk foods section can be a real bargain. Packaged foods are usually pricier here, but they'll almost always have an organic, vegan or gluten free alternative that can be hard to find at other stores.

I'm not typically a Sprouts shopper, but was sent by my doctor for some supplements. An employee found me swiftly and offered help. It was excellent customer service all around.
