Ryan was exceptionally helpful, very professional and had tremendous patience with us as we lost our connection with him several times during our transaction. He also helped us find someone to help us unload our rental truck and they too were AWESOME!
Every encounter (both in person and face to face) we've had at Budget Mini Storage has been great. Especially with Kathleen! She spent a good chunk of time with us trying to figure out what size unit we should rent. No hard sell, just super friendly and professional. The rental process is always a pain in the butt... it's nerve-wracking to leave your personal belongings in a facility that usually doesn't have the size unit you need and is usually way too expensive.... but we are happy customers at this particular Budget Mini Storage location. We love that each unit has its own alarm... gives us an extra sense of security, and their hours are great. Thank you Budget for a great experience.
