Lynette has been very helpful and the facilities are usually well taken care of. Just hate the parking lot/driveways where my units are don't have hardtop they are gravel so anything too heavy to pick up, has to be rolled has to be drug through the gravel which makes things twice as difficult.

Professional rodent prevention and unit fumigation has been a standard protocol at Camp Verde 24 Hour Storage. After 40 years of service to the community, the standard has not changed. These units are clean and the treatment for any kind of infestation is monitored regularly. It is my opinion that the photos of rat contamination were not at Camp Verde but at another facility as the tenant wanted a complete months refund while exiting mid month. Since her departure there is not one complaint of rodent activity. As the new owner, we take customer welfare seriously with camera surveillance as well as physically walking the grounds during the day to insure all is well. Until these photos submitted to this post can be proven to be Camp Verde 24 Hour Storage, I personally have to contest what the previous tenant claims.
Camp verde 24 hour storage has a large rat infestation!nFor $125 a month I would think they would protect your belongings with rat traps atleast. BEST PART ABOUT IT IS THEY ARE AWARE OF THE RAT ISSUE!!!nDISGUSTING. if you rent a unit from here I would check and be sure that none of your belongings are ruined like mine have been.
I have nothing but good experience with the new owner and never any problem with the last owner as well. They have been so helpful and understanding. If you are looking for great rates and great people come and store here.
