Super secure, like a fort! Great Mini storage location close to everything.
Great storage units...a lot of dust in my storage unit though...kinda ruined my stuff. Customer service is great!
I've rented two storage sheds from Ft. Knox for over two years and have been very pleased with the service & support.
We rented a Tow Dolly. I called the main U-haul number to find the closest dealer w/a dolly. Found one in our town. We needed to make pickup time later and Fort Knox changed the time and was nice about it. Arrived to pick it up and they were so nice and helpful. Should I need U-Haul again I will go there again.
A local Chino Valley business. Pretty strict in their protocol for rental. It must work for them, however. And, of course, it is their business to run as they see fit. My goal of renting 2 U Haul trucks was met adequately.
