KB's Ketchum

Went in for lunch and out of town couple brought there dog (not a support dog) and the staff would even ask them to take there dog out. Boo!!! Dog chirping, CA couple thinking it was cute and staff not doing anything about it! No wonder locals do go here anymore! 0 out of any stars. What a lose for out community.

We called in to see if they were open because it’s Easter. Rather than just being nice and telling us the time they closed, she said “our hours are online” with an attitude. When we got in there she was taking our order and her attitude was terrible. We were ordering and we wanted a side so we asked what they had for sides and she pointed to the sign where it says dressing. So we politely said no I mean like side foods and she got snappy at us and said I just showed you it’s right here and then pointed where the salads were. She barely spoke to us at all and when we finally got our food we made sure to say thank you and she ignored us and walked away. She did this not only once but three times. As we were eating we found a big black hair in our food. We waited for that side salad and it never came so we spoke up and she brought it to us and dropped it on the table. We said thank you once again and were ignored as she walked away. I normally like KBs I have had a few bad experiences with customer service in other KBs restaurants as well. I love their food but they need to work on their customer service.

Yum! Ketchum Burrito greeted us with friendly service and a comfortable atmosphere. The menu contains lots of options with or without meat, including some very creative, Idaho themed, burritos loaded with salmon and potatoes, smothered in creamy chipotle sauce. I really enjoyed Dave's Burrito (vegetarian) with potatoes added. If you want to fill your belly up without emptying your bank account in the Sun Valley area, this is a good option.

Nasty. I don’t know how this place gets 4 stars. Extremely disappointed. I got a steak burrito my husband got the Salmon. Big waste of money. Chips were the cheap ones from the market, beans were from a can. I would not go back. Customer service was not great either.

Just tried to call an order in and they didnt answer the first time. No big deal, it is just before dinner. I wait a couple of minutes and call back. This time someone just answers the phone and like sets it aside, and leaves it. I've always received mediocre food and mediocre service, but this was just bad service. Don't answer answer the phone if you're too busy or answer and say you aren't taking phone orders. Interesting to read other reviews and that this type of behavior seems to be the trend at the Ketchum location.
