Beautiful Space ❤ufe0f they've installed stunning new wood flooring. Spacious but cozy, quiet and peaceful. Beautiful bay windows bring in the natural light and air. Expert instructors. More personalized attention. A wonderful variety of classes, privates and workshops.

Fabulous place for yoga and classical pilates classes. Very personalized small classes.

I love The Yoga Room and Kathy is a wonderful and joyful teacher. Her MELT classes have helped my knees and wrists tremendously and both her gentle and Sivinanda yoga classes are amazing. Whether you have taken yoga before or not, you will benefit and enjoy your experience at The Yoga Room.

I took a class at the yoga room and thoroughly enjoyed the experience and Kathy's teaching and plan to come back as often as I can :-)
