The staff is why this place gets 5 starsnEveryone working here is so friendly... shout out to Jasmine L! Even if someone is rude she never loses her smile. It’s so refreshing to walk in and have an employee be always smiling. It never falters! Thanks for your attitude Jasmine it doesn’t go unrecognized

It's probably the best Cottonwood has to offer. Still, it's small and wall-to-wall machines. So, if you want to plank, good luck. I've seen other people there who want to do core work, and, since there's no place to do so, they just sit on the bench of any random machine and knock it out.

It was important for me to acknowledge Jasmine who truly runs and treats her members properly...as well as Michael and Valerie who are truly respectful and work hard keeping the place clean and looking awesome... to the ones I havent met..my guess you are just as awesome... I come from the east coast..and been to a few different clubs..this one ..hands down has been the best... Important to also mention the franchise owner who employs..treats and runs his/her club the right way... I appreciate you...

I specifically come here to use the tanning booths. I’ve had issues almost since the beginning with the front desk staff, including a manager named Jennifer. At times I’m waiting for them to clean the booth. One time a few weeks ago I once sat on the couch for over 20min once the booth became available. The front desk didn’t even notice the person left and I was waiting. I brought it to their attention, and it was cleaned right away.nnThis has happened two times actually- the second time I learned not to wait for their attentiveness and cleanliness, so I only waited a few minutes until I decided to get up off of the couch and bring it to their attention again that I was waiting for the room and booth to get wiped down. If guests are supposed to advise the front desk when the room is available and to remind them to please wipe things down so I can have my turn, then I wasn’t informed.nnJust today, I went into the booth to tan. I also simply request that the front desk set the timer countdown to begin several minutes after I go into the booth to allow for more prep time, being that there is no mirror in the room. Today it began without me again, which was my fault. I called the front desk and spoke to Jennifer (she said she was the manager) to see if she could stop the session and start it again so I could get the full time. Otherwise, I’d have to go home with tanning lotion on me and come back at least 24hrs later since there isn’t a 2nd booth that I’m aware of. I know there are beds, and I prefer a booth. Jennifer said there was no way she can stop and start it, because she’s the manager. I informed her a few weeks ago someone working on staff told me they were able to restart the session for me by scanning their card. She said that’s not allowed to which I let her know her staff has done this for me before. This demonstrates lack of organization, orientation/knowledge, and motivation from the staff. And now, half of my skin is covered in tanning lotion only to go home and wash it off, come back at least 24 hours later, and go through this process that should be quick and easy all over again.nnPlease understand my frustration- especially driving all the way from Sedona since there are no tanning booths anywhere near me. It seems as though the front desk is understaffed, uninformed, and demotivated. All I ask is for the staff to pay more attention to those waiting in line for their turn, and to please give me a few extra minutes to get ready to tan. Having a mirror in the room would definitely help if the front desk staff is too overwhelmed or demotivated. My requests are simple and they can’t seem to get it together.
