Originally thought this place was squared away. Well I now no better. Both times they closed for COVID-19, they said they wouldn't bill for the times they shutdown. Well after the 3rd person I know mentioned that they had been billed for those times, I checked and sure enough I also was billed. Then due to the pandemic our household income has gotten tight and when feeding my kids was more important than paying membership they bring a company in with sending me threats. I always pay my bills. But after they billed me when they weren't supposed to not once but twice,I figured that the money they basically jacked from me should cover membership dues. Guess not. Dishonesty and money grabbing are not the values of a business I can leave good review for let alone give my business.
I enjoy this club I workout for 1 hour a day 6 days a week and I'm seeing definite results good atmosphere clean gym.
It's highly motivating in conjunction with it's App from Google. Even though this week I have been missing it, it's consistency keeps me hungry for returning.
Everyone had their masks on over their noses and wiped down their equipment used. Great place to work out and they have some really good people staffing now. Thanks for the improvements. Much appreciated
The young lady at the front desk was very rude. Later, while working out, I overheard her make a snarky comment to another employee about how another patron should use smaller weights.
