This branch and I have been through it all together,nthe good,nthe bad,nthe ugly....nnThe staff and management are friendly, professional, and smart.nI have had terrible experieces with other US Banks in general, the worst of the worst being Executive Mgmnt at MetLife / FretLife. Not Bank of the West, not this Branch...if they will go the 'extra' mile for me, they will likely do it for you too. They treat everyone with respect and kindness.
I opened an account with bank of the west and they said everything was good then 2 days later said there review deptment has finally gone through it and decided not to keep my account open after i had deposited my work check of 1737.00 i think this was bs they continued to hold my check stateing it wasnt clear when i called my pay roll dept they said that check cleared the second day and that they didntknow why they would hold it for so long then i called there online and branch and they all refused to give me info on my own account thats crazy then when i said id be down there they said oh we just mailed a check to you and a 10 day letter i would not refer this bank to anyone they should have not said the account was good if they didnt know tyhen hold my money for that long please do not go to this bank they are crooks
