Good customer service in most trades is hard to find in the Prescott area, let alone a reasonable price/lead time combination. I called three other electricians before finding Allied Electric and had trouble getting them to show up to bid the job, actually getting a bid for the job, and getting a decent price/lead time when I did get an estimate. By contrast, Mario from Allied came over the next day, and was very knowledgeable and personable. He got the estimate to me in a timely manner with a price that was considerably cheaper than any other bid. He and his people showed up on time and did a great job. I am very pleased and would recommend Allied Electric to anyone in need of electrical work for their home or business.
We were considering putting in a Quiet Cool fan in our home. I called and Amber was very helpful in setting up a time for an estimate & corresponding with updates. Mario came out, bid the job and was very fair with our pricing. Luis and another guy came out for the installation & were on time, friendly, and professional. The installation went well and we are pleased with the quality of the work. We will be using Allied Electric in the future.

I am a 30 year retired Senior Building Inspector, being the Principal Inspector of a fairly large city before retiring. I've dealt with bad electricians, good electricians and excellent ones. Allied is likely the best in Northern Arizona. They are prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. From the office staff to the field crew, you won't find many that can do better!
