Had a great time at Findlay in Prescott, thank you Andrew for the new truck. Will definitely recommend and will definitely be back. They made the whole process go smooth. Guys, shop around if you must but make sure you give Andrew a call and see if he can beat the other dealership price i bet he can.

I want to Thank Alex Grijalva for the high quality of service he provided to me. Alex was very professional and listen to my wants and needs. Alex took all the time I needed to select the perfect car I wanted. He is a great listener and was sensitive to my needs. Alex is excellent informed and I felt like he was sincere and very honest . Jason took great care of me. I was even late to my appointment and they still gave me excellent service. Would recommend being late but if you are know that you will still be take great care of. Also shout out to will the courtesy driver he's such a bright knowledgeable and respectful man. My morning was great thanks to you all ❤

Fast, efficient service. Very friendly staff. Great service, well organized, had an afternoon appointment, I usually go first thing in the morning so I was worried about a back up. No worries, in and out with excellent attention to details. They're pet friendly, my dog enjoys waiting in their waiting area.

Andrew A. did an amazing job helping me trade my truck for a new vehicle that I wanted! I live in Flagstaff and the dealership is in Prescott. Everything went smoothly, especially when it was being taken care of over the phone. Of course I still had to drive over, sign a couple of papers, and pick up my new car. In the end, it was worth it! I also appreciate the fact that he came in on his day off to help me get my car a day earlier. I wanted to beat the snow storm that was coming in. Overall, it was a great experience :) love love my new 2021 GMC Terrain!
