I purchased a used car from them about three weeks ago. I was very pleased with the transaction, salesman Brett was very kind, great to deal with, and made sure the paperwork was a breeze and the car was fully detailed, about a full tank of gas too! This is the 3rd car I've purchased from this dealership over the years and I recommend Prescott Valley Kia very highly. Something I don't do much.
My online reservation for service was not, evidently, received by the dealership, prompting me to phone. They were successful in putting me into the time slot originally requested. Service is always very courteous and professional! Only one suggestion: have snacks in the waiting area, as advertised. There are usually only drinks available upon arriving.
