Sarah Yoga & Wellness

I have been practicing yoga in a studio for a couple years and had some amazing teachers. However, I have never experienced the kind of attention and guidance as I did with Sarah. She was able to notice when I could lean into a stretch more and showed me how to relieve the pain in my sciatic, all through Zoom! She taught me how to ease into and open my muscles to be able to do things I thought I wasn't able to. Sarah is knowledgeable and able to hone into my specific area of need as well as broaden the possibilities. I recommend her for beginners, intermediate, and advanced yogis! Sarah is wonderful!

The best online yoga classes you will find. It was very convenient and easy to set up on the computer. Plus Sarah is an excellent and experienced yoga instructor who teaches you to appreciate the value of a real yoga practice. She helps me get centered and connected. I hope to be able to join one of her group classes soon.
