This is my second time renting and I couldn’t say more ... 5 star all the way. Had an amazing experience with Marcelo. Highly knowledgeable and patient. He swapped my boots out and adjusted my bindings until everything was perfect. And then on top of all that... guess what? I wanted to swap my board. However he was super kind, patient and professional. I would Highly recommend.
Poorly educated people. We were looking for some gloves and a sweatshirt and the staff laughing at us making us uncomfortable. They thought that because we were from Spain, we didn't understand them
Not trustworthy rentals. I rented a mountain bike from them and had the derailer fall off going downhill, locking up the back wheel, ending my ride. Once back at the shop, they wouldn't even give me a partial refund for the early termination of my day, claiming I must have done something to their bike. Don't let a bad rental company ruin your day on the mountain. Take your business elsewhere.
Great location and the staff is unbelievably fantastic. Especially John Boy plus Chris and Matt. Great gear and service.
Most amazing and well educated staff!! Only place I would rent from after skiing park city 5 years.
