Curt was referred to me by a friend through a social media post. Curt immediately respond to offer his assistance. As a new business owner I had questions regarding my businesses structure and appropriate formation. After explaining to Curt the type of entity I wanted to create he gave multiple suggestions on structures for the business I wanted now and where I want to take my businesses in the future. Starting a business can be hard and many questions are unanswered Curt is that man to get the job done. He's very respectfully, humble and inviting and willing to assist you by any means. I will definitely use him again such a great guy.

The legal parts of business especially if you're a small business and have never done something like it before can be really scary! I came to Curt because I had gone off and started my own bookkeeping business. Luckily, Curt made everything a lot easier.nnFor my bookkeeping business he helped me flush out the details of a contract that I needed to draft up to get started working with my client. I feel like I had TONS of questions but with those TONS of questions, Curt had TONS of patience and answers of course! I'm very grateful to have found Curt because he's extremely helpful and he takes the time to explain things thoroughly. I never felt rushed and I felt comfortable asking him all the questions that I needed to in order to feel confident in what I was doing.nnSeparate from my bookkeeping business I'm also a singer. So Curt was kind enough to give me his time and explain the music industry side of law. Curt’s services were referred to me by a family friend. I reached out to Curt regarding trademarking for an art show that I coordinate annually. Curt met with my colleague and me via a video call to discuss our options. We quickly realized that there was a lot more to our request than what we first thought. Curt was great at breaking down our concerns into bite-size chunks and describing the solutions plainly. Curt provided us with an Implementation Plan that neatly outlined our initial problem, associated concerns, and a clear plan for implementation. Curt was instrumental in helping us to understand our options and did not pressure us in our decision making.
