Great place to work out and co workers are awesome. Management that’s a whole other story main manager is never there always at her second job , she’s organized yes but as to being a supervisor I’m sorry but no , a lot of favoritism when is comes to her family member , communication is slightly to none , we train and work on our own , definitely not willing to work with workers schedules if it does not benefit her or her mother in law comes first . Other manager is cool but not much of a manager. Workers like the environment, but prefer her gone when she’s there the whole crew feels uncomfortable so no one complains because she’s gone all the time and they prefer to work when she’s not there , co workers are pretty responsible So it’s not a problem but we constantly have to tell customers to come back at 9am the next day all the time “to speak to her” but she’s never here , we prefer work when she’s gone she does schedule her self but never there , workers do paper work she comes in checks it and leaves. Ppl call in she says she’ll be there And never shows up ! , she’s good with customers but not much with us workers. Everyone scared to speak up. Yes the place is organized and cleaned and the workers are great people and great at what they do! personally say she gets away with a lot just due to the fact that workers are scared and know that if they speak up might lose their jobs . There’s been many complaints just they are good at covering it up and She’s always too tired from her other job , seems her other job top priority. Workers are just good at doing all the paperwork and working as a team . She legit pops in checks and leaves. When try communicate very little to none. Sad to see that such a great place has such bad management the only thing that helps it’s she’s organized and no one speaks up. Overall it’s a great place to work out and the workers are awesome and are all pretty independent and responsible.
