This dealership is the perfect example of pushy sales people who don't follow through on anything! They are quick to make promises to make a deal and push you out the door.nnI was extremely specific in what I needed and wanted in a vehicle and a payment. I was even very clear in making sure what I wanted could be down after market because I was told sometimes on some cars it can't be done. The sales person assured me it would be done. As we finalize the paperwork I was told to bring the car back for a full detail when I had time. as they had not done that before this point. Now months later they can't fulfill the contract they said they could. They offer a deal on a new car which is an insult to me. I lost my down payment and they didn't even pay off the car I bought from them. Now they don't even detail any of their cars with wax? So I will have it cleaned up the sales person says but that's not a detail. That's a quick vacuum.nnNever once did the GM speak to me. Not a phone call nothing! I would never send anyone back to deal with their sales department.
