Just purchased a Highlander. I'm beyond impressed by the service given by Eloy and Elizabeth when purchasing and scheduling our detailing for our new vehicle. I'm beyond grateful for the quick and great customer service received by them. On another hand, I will need to change my rating because after two weeks of buying this vehicle. I still haven't received my license plate. Which when buying a vehicle from a different dealership, have never had any issues. Also, after learning that the one bank we wanted to go through we was changed last minute before signing. My husband was not very happy about it at all. The transparency of a company should be always not just when its beneficial to them. When I called to check the status of our plates, was given a non disclosed time when it will be ready. Also, our car that we traded in still hasn't been paid off either. Then later, get a letter from a third bank stating that the dealership had tried to get us to go through. Completely, out of the blue and completely unaware. I would really not recommend anyone this dealership, unless you are okay with inconsistent and long period of time of waiting for everything. Also, first dealership I've had that doesnt clean your car when you take it out of the lot. Having to schedule the detailing was not something I anticipated and unfortunately not everyone has time to just leave their vehicle to get detailed.

I had the most relaxed car buying experience in my life here. Starting from the sales person to the finance person. Elizabet is the kindest, most helpful salesperson I have ever known. They got me into the truck I wanted and the next day found me an even better deal than they had the day before. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Was very pleased on how quickly we got approved for a new vehicle. Elizabet Ramos was very helpful and had a great attitude. She stayed with us until we got the deal done late on a Saturday. Thank you Elizabet!!
