I bought a 2020 GMC Terrain from Hamilton Auto Group. We did everything by phone due to my home being in Texas. Barri Uhl was our sales person. She's amazing. She did everything she could to help us. She's the best. I absolutely love my car. Completely satisfied.

Im probably the worst type of customer, I had no idea what I wanted and needed some used car test drives to know i wanted a new vehicle. The sales representative Josh was excellent and very patient. Got me setup with exactly the vehicle i researched and made the process less tedious than i anticipated. Im very happy with my new BBC (big black car) and i intend to give the dealership my future business. Josh, Heath, Steve and the helpful co-worker, I can't remember his name, we're very welcoming. Great team. Now if they only had hamburgers while you wait.

This is HONESTLY the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with... Vlad was an awesome sales consultant and I would recommend that anyone doing business at Hamilton auto ask for Vlad directly. Also, the owner TJ was so nice and made sure we got the best deal possible, I did not feel like they were out to get me. I genuinely felt like they wanted my family and I to get a safe and reliable car. I'm thoroughly impressed with the team of Hamilton Auto. I felt that they accommodated to my need by answering all of my questions and fulfilling my every request. Most importantly, Hamilton Auto lent me the helping hand of Elizabeth Ramos. She was always available and had answers when i requested them. She went above and beyond - I am so great appreciative of her work!
