Bad customer service on 09/29/2020 i got refused to purchase a car battery, because the person that ringed me up was the manager and she made a big deal that I parked to close to her car which wasn't my intention I was just trying to purchase a battery real quick because I was in a rush i was only there for less than 5 minutes. She just told me to leave and to go get a battery somewhere else. THIS AUTOZONE NEEDS A BETTER MANAGER THAT KNOWS HOW TO HANDLE THINGS BETTER

Great help always are happy and eager to help even ona Monday they show no animosity towards customers had an incident were I had asked for the wrong part and had no receipt but there computer system allowed them to look me up and refund me..in turn I ordered the right part from them and we stayed golden ponyboy..

Like every other autozone it offered great service and everything was in stock, so If you want buy car parts I recommend autozone

I went in to get my “charging system” checked because the light came on, they put the machine on my car and they said I needed a new battery so I purchased one for $150 but the warning light never went away! I went back and told them this so they put the machine back on and I was told my alternator was fine and so was my battery and I would have to google how to remove the warning light! And I was told if the car didn’t have trouble starting, I should be fine. Well I ended up driving out of town and it wasn’t fine!! Everything turned off!! I lost power to EVERYTHING! Got my to the nearest Autozone and they told me my alternator WAS bad!! I was SO upset because I was told in Othello that my battery was bad now it turns out it was alternator!! I just spent $150 on a battery, I don’t have $194 for an alternator!! I will be taking my auto needs to a different store!
