As far as I'm concerned it's the worst Napa I've ever been to in regards to staff personality and willingness to help. I've been there numerous times because my place of employment only has accounts at a number of places otherwise I'd never go there. Charlie's awesome and Renae. The rest are worthless. Thanks for reading my vent.
