Used this company for our tax return this year. Returned to use them again when a tax discrepancy was submitted to us. After a month of waiting to receive the paperwork I needed for it, I returned to the office because I was not able to get anyone to return my phone call. I gave the accountant the exact paperwork I needed filled out (tax form numbers, etc). After nearly two weeks of either calling or going to the office to obtain an update despite being on a tight deadline, I was notified that the paperwork was complete. I picked up my paperwork only to find out that one of the three necessary documents were filled out and it was the one that I had already completed. In essence, nothing was accomplished by the company over a nearly two month time span. I will not be returning to this company for any reason.
