Telephone answered on first ring by articulate young lady who understood exactly what we needed for our reservation. Room was immaculate. King-size bed extremely comfortable. Black-out curtains on windows which we loved since we're from a dark sky location. And no noise whatsoever from highway unlike many other places where the truck traffic intrudes all night long. Great lighting for reading. Pet-friendly landscaping outside. All key card door locks worked instantly. Fantastic lighted mirror in bathroom. Very updated decor including barn door on closet which made for extra space overall. Luggage dolly waiting in reception area.nThis Best Western was a great find on I-40! We will definitely be back. Thank you!
Very nice hotel, beautiful bathroom when you walk into the room it feels clean it doesn't feel like you might get a new disease like at other hotels. Comfy beds and shampoo and soap. There were tea bags and cups standard things you find at hotel. Highly recommend place to stay.
Bit of a strange place.. the room is a bit updated but worn all at the same time. Could use a fresh coat of paint and some deep cleaning. Checking and check out was easy and pleasant. Undercovered the breakfast was plentiful and the person serving couldn't have been any more accommodating. This Best Western is right off the highway easy on and off.. but I'm the return back might look for an alternative.
Updated decor in rooms. Staff was friendly. Covid19 restrictions allows for a bagged breakfast of fruit, bottled water, pastry, and a granola bar. Our room had two queen beds, a little squeaky, but comfortable enough. No tub in the room, just a walk-in shower. I wasn't a fan of the extremely bright lights in the room. Not conducive to kiddos sleeping. Low light lamp options would have bumped this to five stars.
Other than the water being off when I first arrived due to a burst pipe in town the stay was great. The staff was amazing and accommodating. It's also the only hotel I've found on my trip that still serving a real breakfast which was a big plus.
