I had a steer tire blow out. This is one of the worst experiences for a driver. Alarming & very dangerous. I called Love’s Roadside Service. Josh & Armando came out & had me back down the road quickly & efficiently. They were both personable & professional. Their demeanor & attention to detail was on point! I am quite impressed how fast & SAFE their work flowed. It was dark, clear & temps were dropping. They never let the conditions concern them. I am/was impressed. I will drive past them & hit the air horn each time I’m near them. Thank you Josh & Armando for being tremendous!
A real legit travel stop at the western edge of New Mexico. They have some epic windshield wipers and they’re always stocked up on windshield water. No complaints really. People keep tagging on the staff and management, but I had a pleasant experience here. Maybe a different shift is a little rough, not sure. I recommend stopping here for snacks and gas!
Needs better management. Showers has luke warm water and staff women like to sit and talk at registers. Used to be a good loves. Shower 4 has nice rust stains.
Probably the dirtiest shower in my 8 years at truck stop showers. Hair in sink. Hair in shower. Spit in the toilet. Muddy footprints on the floor. Water wasn't hot. Soap still on the walls of the shower from the previous person.
Called for roadside service for a trailer flat and they didn’t pick up after being on hold for a while. Dispatch called too and yet no response. Ended up driving to the truck stop and once we’re there, the manager says that they prioritize road calls. Is that a joke or what? I clearly mention that we called and even show proof but she denies receiving any calls and still won’t take us in for tire service. POOR service and attitude.
