I had a storage unit for quite a long time. Each month my payment of 95 dollars was deducted from my bank account without fail. Never late ! We emptied our unit in Oct. of 2019, I notified Duncan multiple times to receive a refund as the Bennett Storage deducted a payment from my bank and to date have not received our refund and he has never called me back to give a reason why we have not received it as I requested him to do a call back. He gave me excuses like I will notify corporate, my boss is walking in the office now and I will let him know and get you taken care of. Here it is Dec. 19 and there is still NO refund or call back. Renter BEWARE if you find yourself needing a refund .
