This man came when UHaul Insurance ignored my calls for Road Side Assistance. God Bless him. He unhooked the Trailer and helped me get my Minivan so I could complete the rest of my trip.

They are kind and very nice and helpful will go back agin.
Do not rent a uhaul from this place. Go to the other two available in Sterling if possible. I rented a truck 2/19. I was charged 144 for one day of using a 15’ truck. When I picked up the truck I was told since it’s near closing I will not be charged for this time. As long as I bring it back Thursday morning before 8 am the start of business then I will still only be charged for one day. In which I did because I didn’t want to be charged for 2 days worth. So after this was brought to their attention they refunded me 38 dollars. Still overcharging me for one day. Plus double milage charge. If he would have told me that I would have been charged for 2 days I would have brought it back the night before. They don’t keep their word at this place and that’s a horrible way to run business.
