The staff at the 8th St location is absolutely amazing! They are all so helpful, polite, caring, & go out of their way to provide their customers with the greatest service! I've not ever had such a wonderful experience with any other storage facility company! I love this facility. Thank you guys!!
I had the most pleasant experience at Extra SpacecStorage. I walked in about a half hour of closing time and was given the best service. This place is so much better than any other self storage place that i have used before. Well lit, clean' safe environment. The staff was amazing. Friendly and courteous. Juli M. hooked me up with the perfect unit and very affordable. It was actually less money than I expected. She was great showed me around and just a fantastic person to talk to. I really think I lucked out finding this place. A lot of the others were not up to the standards of Extra Space. Thanks again Juli M. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Melanie was great at answering my questions prior to rental and the online rental process went seamlessly. The storage unit is clean and easily accessible and I feel like the facility is pretty secure. Overall, I am pleased with my experience so far with Extra Space.
Ty was great in assisting me with storage, she has Exceptional customer service skills. Libra power.
Clean facilities. My mother in law rented for 4 months and everything went fantastic. Would recommend!
