We went to return our U-Haul a day early (outside of business hours). When we arrived, we went to do the 24/7 Check-in, but realized we didn't have any internet connect to complete the check-in.nnThankful the owners of Ute Pass Rental Inc arrived and were willing to help us, even though it was a Sunday and they were closed - that is 5 star customer service!
Shane was awesome - very helpful during my check-in and would recommend him to anyone looking for a help during their move
Best U-Haul experience I've ever had! - (and my first solo U-haul was in 1974). These guys went above and beyond for me. I had a lot of problems doing this move including a trip to the emergency room via ambulance. They worked with me consistently and cut me a lot of slack. I couldn't be happier with a U-Haul Dealer! I Highly Recommend!
Young gentleman there was so kind. I really appreciate him. He did above and beyond what I expected him to do!
