This place is terrible they have manager who everyone said is mean and rude. I found Sherri to be a very good person and working really hard. However her his and her assistant manager both very unprofessional. They make their decisions based on personal feelings not very professional. Sherri keeps her job in perspective and treats everyone the same. Also i have found some storage places cheat you in the space they rent you. You rent a 10x10 that's only 8x9. That's a difference of almost 30 square feet. I will say that's not the case here you get what you pay for. I really like that
Fast reasonable and reliable. Management is helpful and friendly. They address concerns promptly and professionally!
Not the most friendliest of office workers and access to my stuff is from 6 am to 10:pm so I shouldn't be hassled during those hours I feel.
I really miss the old manager Jessi. She kept the property clean and organized. Had great customer service.
The service was great, the facility is clean and well kept. There is a light in the unit that actually works! Even customer service was polite when I had to call and get my code because I forgot my little reminder card at home.
