Tom was awesome, his customer service was amazing. It’s nice to see and feel valued as a customer and especially with this pandemic he was so nice and friendly he was very knowledgeable of what I wanted. I can say it was a great experience. I would definitely refer anyone to Stor N lock.nThank you.
Tom and Betty are top notch! They are friendly, easy to work with, and very accommodating. There are many reasons to choose a location to serve a need, but none are more important to me than the comfort I experience working with Tom and Betty! That’s why I came back this time; and I’m certain I’ll refer others as well.
They were a great self storage property.... even when it came time to end my contract with them it was fast and easy..... I felt safe during my deployment that all my items where I safe storage and all came out the same way it went it.... highly recommend
I recently moved to Colorado Springs from out of state and from when I called to price a unit to when I moved in, Tom was incredibly kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend Stor-N-Lock to anyone looking for storage!
Tom was amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable of the business. By listening to his recommendations it saved me a lot of grief because my estimate was way smaller!!
