I have only good things to say about my experience at this facility. Shantel responded to my online reservation with a timely phone call. She was gracious to make herself available if I had questions about the online process . When I arrived I noted the facility was clean and well maintained. The price was very reasonable and the location convenient. I'm very pleased.

So don't store your stuff here, its expensive and I don't personally have a storage here but my friend does. She pays on time, every month for a unit on the outside because she was told she'd have 24 hour access. Well apparently thats not true because if your there at early hours cleaning stuff out, thats considered living in it. So without warning or asking her anything, they put their own lock on and now have only allowed her to get to HER SPACE, between 8 and 6. The contract states that if they suspect anything such as you living in Your Space, they will give you 3 days to come and open it yourself so they can inspect it.. The actual storage hours for within the gated area is open til 10. They are a rip off and she will be seeking legal help due to the fact she is an essential worker and can only get to the storage after 11 pm or before 8. She works all day. If i could give this place no stars I would.
