Thru phone conversation with public storage they reserved a storage unit the night before getting to the place. The next morning I went to public storage when it opened and then service was outstanding in less the 10 minute paperwork was done and a lock was inside the unit I rented. A very efficient place and the politeness of then office was excellent. .no hassles straight forward and very very great in salesmanship.
Best storage experience I could hope for. The team there is professional, rates are reasonable and above all, the units are secure, clean and solid. My stuff so protected while I was traveling and I never had to worry about the safety of my stuff! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
