Went to move our stuff out and discovered everything was wet and covered in mold. We had made the property manager aware that there was a small leak in the corner of the unit when we first moved in, and he said they would fix the roof right away. They obviously never did, and the small leak became multiple major leaks. Mud and water came under the door when it rained and there are huge water stains running down the walls. There is black mold growing on the walls. We called the property manager 3 times, as no one is ever in the office and they refuse to return our calls. We had a nice wood office cabinet that is ruined, and boxes of personal items covered in mold.
The RV storage is very unsafe to leave your campers in they do not monitor who they let in there there is homeless people in campers living there very unsafe had my camper broke into talk to the owner about it he did nothing about it never called me back nothing
AMAZING!! Great place to rent, I have had storage units at other places in town and no one can hold a candle to the service I receive here. The manager is great and I suggest thjs place to everyone I know who has storage needs.
