I have been renting a small unit here since before it was called 'Extra Space'. Since the new name, every few months I get a letter informing me that rates are increasing. Why? Who knows. Soon I will have to pay double what the rent is listed on their website just because they feel like charging me that. Some out of state company that knows most people will have a hard time moving their things and will just accept what they are doing. No improvements to my unit have been made, in fact part of the ceiling has fallen off and my items are covered in dirt and spider webs whenever I am in town and get something out of there. I will be relocating as soon as I am able.

I needed a storage unit in a hurry and I was able to reserve my unit online. The unit was clean, spacious and met my needs! I was even able to purchase an appointment lock and they had it ready for me when I arrived. Very impressed with the customer service via the phone and the online rapid rental process!

Quick and professional service. Clean lockers and grounds. Brian was especially helpful in getting us set up with a unit that was easy to unload a large truck. Excellent service all around. This is the place to store your items in the area. Will recommend to others.

My family and I are relocating from another state. We had to ship 2 of our vans ahead of time and had nowhere to put them as the house had not closed escrow. Brian at Extra Space went the extra mile in helping us gain 2 storage spaces and being very understanding and accommodating to our shifting timelines. Finally, and most importantly, Brian was very courteous and professional, traits that have been lost in most businesses, it was a refreshing experience. I highly recommend Extra Space in Monument.

Great storage company. Wide lanes all around make it easy to move in and out. Nice people and great customer service.
