The staff at Korf is knowledgable and helpful. However, the communication could use some work. I had a recall that needed to be serviced and the team told me they would contact me as soon as the parts arrived to schedule the repair. I waited a couple of months, checking in a few times just to be told the parts guy was too busy to give them an answer so they would call back later. Several times this happened before they did in fact call back and told me the parts were in and I was able to schedule the appointment. This could have been avoided if they had communicated to each other and called the customer as soon as the parts were checked in.
My experience with Korf Moters in Sterling Colorado during a recall issue was more than satisfactory. They made arrangement to deliver my F150 to the shop in Sterling ,repair the defect and return it to me. Thanks again for your excellent service.
First oil change for my 2020 jeep and it was free along with tire rotation, car wash and vacuum, fluids topped off and brakes/front end inspected. Who else does all that when you simply ask for an oil change?
I have always had a great experance with them concerning veichle maintenance. They had the best prices for tires.
This was a great place so friendly and caring. I recommend getting any type of vehicle here . They work with you so well.
