Good food. Lots of choices. Takes forever (sometimes) to get your food. The drive-thru is a pain to navigate. Tonight was a quick in & out. Food was tasty, they got the order correct and the staff person was very polite. One of my go-to places for chow.
This location has gotten a lot better than it was a few years ago, I used to not ever want to go to Arby's as it was painfully slow and the food never tasted fresh (even by fast food standards.) Definitely a different experience now! I typically receive good service which is nice since it is a little more spendy than other fast food places. They also typically have some sort of special going on which is nice. I've only been through the drive thru so I can't say anything about service going into the establishment itself.
Excellent service
Always good, fast service and good food! I've only been going through drivethru for a while now but no complaints. Last I was inside, it was kept well clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
Food was very hot and fresh, and as always very delicious! My only complaint is that the drive thru was moving very slow. On the other hand, I'd prefer to wait a little bit longer and have my food fresh than mice quickly and receive cold or dry food. Everyone working at this Arby's has always been fun and courteous.
