It took 10 minutes in line waiting to order and there was only three cars in front of me

They was really slow and they got part of the order wrong. They had me pull into a pick up spot and was waiting while several other cars went through and got there stuff. I understand places are not perfect but when it take 30 minutes to get food and others have already gotten theres that ordered after me that is wrong.

It continues to amaze me just how poorly run this store is.nThe employees lie right to your face and if you call to complain you will get hung up on.nThe ‘manager’ could not have cared less to know what the problem was.nWhen I suggested to her that maybe instead of being in the office, when the phone was picked up on the first ring, in the middle of lunch hour she should be helping her people, she hung up. Especially since she used the excuse that they are training people...?nNO, these people who have been the shift managers there for decades need to go, they just don’t care and why should they? Last I checked all of these people have had a job throughout even though so many have lost theirs. They go to their little fiefdoms and reign supreme for 8 hours.nThis is also an horrific example of corporate America going wrong. If the local store doesn’t care why waste time on a corporate phone line only to be offered coupons back to the same store. It’s a joke folks, time to seriously start re-thinking where and how we spend our money. To have to wait is one thing but to be lied to, receive sub-standard food, and then to be ignored on top of it all...unacceptable.nMcDonald’s food is poison anyway so I won’t miss it.

The service was incredibly slow.... And for whatever reason they messed up four orders before us so when it was our turn it was someone else’s order... Staff was apologetic and sincere.
