Had to make an early stop for repair. Very courteous and helpful. Made an unpleasant stop much easier. Would recommend to any traveler and will be our first choice if ever in need in this vicinity...which we travel through often.
Amazing customer service and beyond fair pricing. My car started acting strange outside Moses Lake and I limped into Adam's automotive with 2 hours to get to Spokane for a work obligation. Adam gave me keys to a loaner, his awesome daughter tracked me down a cell phone charger, he thoroughly diagnosed my car while I traveled to Spokane and back, gave me sound advice and didn't charge me enough for his time. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Adam and his employees. Hands down the absolute best experience I've ever had re: my car breaking down, and I own a Mini so I've had my fair share!
