Got a flat just outside of Ritzville and got here right before closing time on a Friday night. They were friendly and helpful despite that, and even tried to find us a used tire. Great service!
Stoped in with screw in tire had me back on the road in about 1 hr ..great and friendly service ...they come highly recommended..thank you Ritzville ...
My experience with the Ritzville Les Schwann was not a positive one. I was parked on the other side of the highway, 5 minutes away, with a completely flat tire. I called and asked if they could send someone to give me enough air to get to the shop so they could fix it. I was told someone would be there shortly. 30 minutes later I called and asked how much longer. I was told he was on his way “right now”. Another 30 minutes went by and I decided I’d just begin changing my tire. I pulled all of my luggage out of the back to get to the spare and changed the tire myself so I could drive to the shop.nWhen I got there I was initially told it would 20 minutes to fix. Then after a few minutes was told it could be more than 45. I’d already waited an hour and half so I decided to drive back home on my little spare.

I work at the hospital in Ritzville but live in Odessa, it's a bit of a drive to and from work. Last night (at work) I noticed a hole in my tire but the store was already closed. They got me in first thing this morning and put all new tires on. They did it so fast I was so happy. Thank you guys so much. I don't know what I would have done if I got a flat on the way home. In a deadzone with no cell service I would have been stuck... Thank you
