Reached out to Ken based on the recommendation of our Therma Tru fiberglass door dealer.nEven though he was in Fl, he responded quickly and set up for his partner to come by and give us an estimate. We agreed on the price and she started that day.nShe helped us find the desired color and got both doors done the next day.nWhen we notices a small area that wasn't to our liking, Ken responded immediately and his partner was back in an hour and fixed the issue.nHighly recommend.

Nor'easter painting had done 3 homes near us over the last year or so. We admired the work they did in preparation, painting and repair of those homes. I asked Ken (owner) for an estimate on my painting my home's exterior, plus staining my deck, early this Spring. Ken was prompt in getting back to me, and with both tasks included, his estimate was still $1000 less than two other highly recommended painting firms in town. Upon starting the job, his crew discovered some rotting exterior boards on the house, that couldn't easily be seen from the ground and apparently were ignored by the PREVIOUS painter. Ken's team purchased the repair materials, cut and fitted them, and then caulked and painted so it looked like new. For this extra work, he charged me much less than any handyman or carpenter would have charged. The whole of the contract work was thoroughly done, with high quality, on-time and within planned cost. I highly recommend Nor'easter painting to anyone in the Colorado Springs area. They are honest, hardworking, thorough and reasonable.
We recently hired Ken and his team at Nor’easter to repair and paint our house which had not been painted for at least 10 years. We had siding falling off in a few places and leaks from not maintaining it properly and had asked for a quote to do all necessary repairs which included replacing of damaged siding and trim, fixing ply board under roof where it had rotted, and sealing underside of siding with silicone for better protection. They gave such a reasonable and affordable quote and also offered 2 coats of exterior paint which other companies did not and they actually went above and beyond what we were expecting... their crew were meticulous and actually did 3 coats on our trim and were so understanding when I added more work by changing colors on the garage. Ken and his team asked for feedback throughout the process and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with every minute detail on the trim, siding, garage and repairs. They cleaned after each day of work and we were so happy with the results and will probably use them again for interior work in the near future. Highly recommend with no reservations!!!
