The door to my 5 x 10 is something like thick cardboard. I lost the keys to my lock and it's been days without assistance. No call back. They can't cut the lock for me and told me I need to pay for a locksmith. I'm not renting here again. When I had my greenbox storage the customer service was way better. They really don't have it together at this location, and I feel deeply let down. Buyer beware.
The property manager Choicey is very helpful, professional. Felt Very welcomed there. The property is always clean.
