This is a great place to store your stuff! The site manager did a wonderful job both getting me in and out of this location. I held this spot for many years in between houses. Never had an issue! Access is very easy, they went out of their way to give me a card with access code. They even came up with a great idea and had me snap a pic of it on my phone which I have used more than once when I didn’t have the card on me to get through the gate. Thoughtful things like that make a big difference, they are passionate about their customer service and treating their customers well.
Cindy was a great help and very customer focused. She helped me switch the storage unit to a south facing location because the north facing unit originally assigned had ice in front of it. I really appreciated her excellent customer service.
Nate did a great job and was so helpful. I had a difficult time finding the right size unit and Nate did everything possible to try to help me find what I needed. He made the move-in seamless. Good customer service seems to be a thing of the past, but Nate went above and beyond! Thank you!
I have been a customer for years. The rates are good and the customer service is excellent! Cindy Who is the manager has always kept me up to date with issues and has always worked with me. I travel a lot and if there has ever been problems Cindy always gives me a call to let me know the status of the property! You won’t go wrong if you choose to get a unit at this property!
