Very nice front desk staff and clean facility. I came in to pay my membership in full for the year instead of the monthly $10 fee, which would save $90 a year and was told they aren't set up to take payments. I believe all Planet Fitness facilities should honor the website information that causes one to sign up. Hopefully the manager will call back and help me rectify the problem.

Nice facilities, clean equipment, friendly staff. Giving 3 stars because of their dishonest billing policies. Your payments start to be “processed” a week before you are supposed to be charged and so even if you cancel before the billing date, you are still charged and they don’t offer refunds. The only way you’d know this is from reading all the fine print in your original contract.nUpdate: I have now “canceled” 3 times, spoken to 4 people about this, and my membership is still active and continues to be charged.

I like this gym because it's not overly crowded when I'm there. The machines and equipment are in perfect working order and the staff keep this place very clean. Well worth the cheap membership price!

I travel between Denver and Colorado Springs quite often so I decided to join this Planet fitness because it is a way cheaper alternative compared to my old gym Lifetime. I personally love this particular facility and the staff are all very nice. The staff are always walking around cleaning and most of the guest clean the equipment after they are done which is awesome. For a $10 membership, I really don’t think there are any downfalls. However, I do wish they had they a free weight barbell squat rack and maybe a few mirrors in the small rooms to help with form. Overall, no complaints. You can most definitely get an amazing workout with all the equipment they have to offer. ud83dude42

When I went in to discuss membership I was told it was $10 a month. I ask the employee if there were any other charges as stated on the brochure he gave me. He told me that all other charges were waved at this time. That was nothing but a LIE! After my first month I was automatically charged an additional $40 on by my credit card. I went in and complained and was told that he didn’t was incorrect but that I wasn’t going to get my money back. WHAT A SCAM, THEY GET YOUR CREDIT CARD AND BILL YOU WHATEVER THEY WANT! STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!
