It was our first time in, they just opened a couple weeks ago. It’s super cute, the menu is awesome and I highly recommend the pineapple mimosa! And let me tell you JACOB was such an amazing server, so personable and fun, we loved him! We will definitely be back to try some other menu items :)

It’s a bummer I really wanted to like this place. I live right down the street. Been in a couple times but this last time was pretty bad. We sat at the bar and it took 15 minutes for us to get greeted and that was only after I waved somebody down even though there were three people behind the bar. We got our food, smoked salmon and Cristini was OK. But then we got the mile high tower… And some thing and it was rotten. Not only did it just look like a pile of throw up on the plate but when my mom and I took a bite we both agreed there was something that was turning. We sent it back and ordered something else but nobody ever checked on us or asked if our food was OK or apologized for serving us something rotten the first time. We got our replacement dish which tasted good but it was ice cold. Had to wave somebody down again to pay. It’s hard to give service that bad when you’re seated at the bar and there are three bartenders.

Came here for brunch with my coworkers and our server Jalen was absolutely outstanding! Great service and the food was amazing. Our mimosas were well made and my omelette was piping hot. Will definitely be coming here again!

Syrup is a super addition to the neighborhood and to the collection of businesses at Edgewater Public Market. They’re open for breakfast and brunch every day and their space is nice and modern and comfortable, and they’ve got a patio for when the weather gets warmer. I tried and enjoyed their eggs Benedict with avocado and look forward to trying more of the menu next time I’m there.

Pretty solid food and AMAZING service! The fried chicken in the waffle sliders slaps. The two guys working our table were super friendly and talked to my mom and I genuinely about basketball and college.
