Joseph and the other gentleman working the front desk are class acts. These guys always have the best attitude and offer helpful advice when I asked. The pandemic was a tough time for 24 hour fitness, honestly I was a person who almost canceled their membership. It was people like these two gentlemen that made me decide to stay. People that consistently showed customer service in a servant’s mindset. These guys bust her butt and I appreciate it! Keep up the great work!

Zero communication, when asked if I could receive an email informing me of changes of times, protocol etc. I was told that they cannot send emails to members of only one gym and it would instead go to all 24hr members. Because of covid I understand business will have to adjust to stay open, it would just be nice to be informed of those changes. One instance, was showing up to my normal 8:00 time slot, and they apparently decided to close at 8:00 that day with nothing more than a hand written sign on the door, no call, or email ahead of time.

Better equipment than some of the other 24 hours around. Unfortunately this is not a safe gym to work out in. If you’re even remotely worried about Covid this is not the place for you. The staff and management have made it abundantly clear that they care more about retaining memberships than enforcing the proper precautions to keep patrons safe and healthy. Thanks for making me feel unwelcome in my own gym.

I have to agree with most of the reviews here, used to be a great place with great staff but things have gone south. Posters and announcements to wear your mask but definitely not enforced. 4 guys around the free weights breathing heavy and no mask. I am definitely not a crazy mask guy but this is one place you should wear it since you are sweating and breathing heavy. Staff will do nothing, trainers barely wear theirs, corporate does not care. I also go here because it is close to my house but i will be looking for a new gym soon. It's a shame, most people I know have moved to other gyms, I stayed loyal but it is obvious they don't care, unfortunately this is the world, no respect for others.

During the day and into the evening I have no issues with this particular location. However, I reserved a 5:00am time and showed up at said time and no employees were at the front desk. Me along with the others who were brave enough to wake up to get in an early morning workout were incredibly upset that no employee was there. As I said before I have no issues with this location during their later hours, but I would not recommend coming here around their opening hours.
