I can't say enough good things about Spectrum Electric. We recently had a whole home generator installed. The entire process went smooth and was extremely well ironed out. Billy's communication from day 1 exceeded my expectations, and then Miguel, Nathan, Jesus, & Ryan knocked it out of the park with the install (even with 60mph gusts and dumping snow). Highly recommend these guys!

Billy, Kristin, Ryan, Miguel, and the rest of the crew at Spectrum genuinely exemplify customer service, and have more than earned my trust for all things generator, solar, and battery. Billy has gone above and beyond in communicating quickly and responsively more times than I can remember at this point, and our install process has been super smooth. Everything has some hiccups here and there, but Spectrum has been incredibly on point in making sure everything is perfect.
We had an extremely positive experience with Spectrum Electric. They showed up on time and installed a Generac for us on a day with 90 mph winds and cold. No excuses, no problems. They answered every question and made everything clear to us. Crack-shot professionalism. We highly recommend Spectrum for electrical work.
