We have had great service with Vectra Bank twice on financing/re-financing in the past. we are calling them again for a third time to see what options they have. They have always been great to work with - no problems.
Highly recommend to bank somewhere else.
Went here to cash a check one week with absolutely no issues then the next week went to cash another check and they made me pay a $5 fee and made me put my fingerprint on the check. While covid19 is going on you're not supposed to use ink fingerprints and they wouldnt cash my check unless I printed my finger on it. Complete BS. This bank has terrible compliance with the CDC regulations.
I've opened an account here before and just opened a new account and honestly have no issues with this bank. Super friendly Tellers and bankers and a gorgeous location with clean facilities. Banks aren't going to be happy if you overdraw your account obviously. But I've had many accounts with other banks and it's all the same when it comes to poor account management. Use your money as you have it and understand small banks cant answer the phone when they are busy with customers inside. This bank doesn't deserve some of these reviews at all.
