Terrible customer service rude and unhelpful. This is the the second 1st bank in Evergreen that I have found this to be the case.Pehaps more training and an overview in policy and procedures. Thank you 1st bank in Erie for your amazing customer service everytime!!!
So far all the interactions we had were professional and all problems solved. Friendly customer support over the phone and in the bank.
Apparently this location is closed for good?? Only bank I liked going to. Too sad.
Don't know why they have such bad reviews... I've been with this bank since I moved here in 2016 and I love the staff here and treatment I receive. Also love the quick deposit times.
Totally missing Chase Bank today!nCame in because of an overdraft fee that happened over a $5.71 purchase so therefore with their $34 overdraft fee that $5.71 becomes a $39.71 charge. Chase would have waived the fee no problem. This girl here was strictly business and had zero interest in having a happy customer. This makes the second time 1st Banks policies have let me down. Time to start searching for as different bank or just return to Chase.nDo better next time 1st Bank!
