Very friendly people and they make the process of renting very simple. Nice facility with many options for storage. 24-hour gate access is helpful.

If I could put no stars I would. Information about my storage unit was given to someone over the phone without any permission from me. When I talked to them and got upset the response was that what they did was ok and my online account i use to make my payments go deactivated. I have also asked Kenny for contact information of someone above him or a corporate number so I can deal with the situation and gain access to my account however he will not give me that information either. I have rented one of the largest, most expensive units there and if it was that easy to move all my things I would be doing that. Beware of the power trip these people are on. Making a mistake of that size is unacceptable and deactivating my account because of it is purely a power trip. The online account had nothing to do with the issue I am trying to deal with.

Great experience all around! Responsive, professional customer service, easy access, and most of all it felt very safe and secure. Could not recommend highly enough. Will be back next winter.

We had a fabulous experience with A Storage Place. Kenny and the staff were efficient, helpful, and accommodating. Our unit was in a perfect location with a useful floor plan. We will definitely use A Storage Place again for storage needs in the future.

It was great service signing up I just wish the unit was swept out before I started moving stuff in. I had to fetch a broom before unloading!
